Makoto Fukami is a Japanese writer known for manga, light novel, and anime including Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka, Psycho-Pass, and Succubus and Hitman.

Seigo Tokiya is a Japanese manga artist best known for Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka, OZ, Succubus and Hitman, and a contribution to the Tales of the Abyss anthology collection.
