Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how to ship the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Preorder cancellations (updated January 2026)
As preorders are a courtesy that we offer our customers on items that are harder to find and more sought after, we reserve the right to cancel this option at any time for abuse or fraud to the system (late cancels/fraudulent orders).
We explicitly outline our preorder policy and expectations on each pre-order page, therefore; we no longer accept cancellations of pre-orders for customers being impatient in the time it takes for their items to arrive.
ETA dates are the dates provided by the manufacturers and we as retailers have no control on the accuracy of this information. We can only provide ongoing updates, if we receive them, and answer any questions our customers have, but we are unable to contact the manufacturer (we work through distributors not directly with manufactures) to provide us with more accurate dates or updates.
However, if we do receive word from a distributor that an item was cancelled or they have cut their production numbers and we will not be receiving and item we will refund affected orders 100%.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Comic books and open mystery box items are sold AS IS. All items in the final sale/clearance collection are also non returnable.
An approximate grade is given for each book as necessary but this is not an official grade, but understand that comic book grading is subjective. Most comics of greater value have additional photos attached to better show the condition. Additional photos of all items are always available upon request (if not initially provided in the posting). Please allow approximately 48 hours for those photos to be sent.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges-If your order arrives damaged and we have another of the exact product in stock we will do a 1 for 1 exchange. As soon as your item is returned to us we will ship out the replacement at no additional cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will only be completed upon the receipt of the goods in question.
