Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. The item count shown on the product page simply indicates how many we have left available for pre-order, not what is in hand at the moment of purchase.
We collect full payment at checkout, and ship your product on a future date.
We lay out the pre-order information on each pre-order page and expect that when you make your purchase you do so with the knowledge of the ETA windows, the manufacturer timelines and our part in the process. Your patience is expected with this and as such we do not allow cancellations for impatience or your lack of understanding on the time it takes for items to arrive.
We have no control over the timeline that a manufacturer sets and while we do the best we can with the information we are given we can't move up the timelines, nor can we contact the individual manufacturers for any direct updates.
